Home Screen task widget

Use the pin control beside a task to include or remove it from the OneTask Home Screen widget. You can also use Pin All from the header to keep every unfinished task visible.

Lock Screen widget and Live Activity

Pinned tasks can be surfaced by OneTask's Lock Screen widget and local Live Activity. Interactive completion may require device authentication, and iOS ultimately controls Lock Screen layout and Live Activity lifetime.

Task reminders and Daily Brief

Task reminders are local iPhone notifications. The optional Daily Brief is off by default and, when you enable it and allow notifications, schedules a morning brief around 09:00 and an afternoon check-in around 15:00 using your local task list. Turn Daily Brief off in OneTask Settings at any time. If notifications are disabled for OneTask in iOS Settings, these alerts cannot be delivered.

Task archives

Swipe an individual task to archive it, or open the menu to view Archives. Completed tasks remain in your list by default until you archive them. If optional Auto-Clean is enabled, completed tasks are moved safely to Archives instead of being deleted. Archived tasks can be restored or permanently deleted with confirmation.

Focus sessions

Focus is intentionally a live session. If iOS terminates OneTask or you force-quit the app, OneTask ends any surviving Focus Live Activity when the app next launches so the Dynamic Island never represents a session that the app can no longer resume.

Web and Android waitlist

Choose Web or Android on the landing page and submit your email. One email represents one waitlist signup. Submitting the same email again does not create a duplicate.

Use the support form above with a subject such as “Delete my waitlist data” and send the request from the same email you used to join. You can also email support@onetask.yuss.dev directly. Read the OneTask privacy policyfor details about local iPhone task data and website data.
